Big Fish Now Has Unlimited Gaming

Big Fish Unlimited
Big Fish Games is now offering unlimited gaming.  The service at Big Fish Unlimited  allows you to try casual games free for 7 days played on the cloud, which means you don't have to download anything to your computer.  Big Fish Unlimited offers unlimited cloud gaming from among a selection of over 100 games for only 7.99 per month(compared to the $2.99 - $9.99 range per game on the Big Fish Games site.)  This site is great for adults who like to play online games, as well as fickle kids (like mine) who get bored with one game and want to try a new one.

My kids love to play all kinds of computer games. They tend to want to play the hidden objects games the most, but love games like Diner Dash and Farming or animal games as well.  With Big Fish Games Unlimited you can play all of these types of games and more.  There is an alphabetical list of all the games you can play, as well as the description of each one.  All you have to do is click on the game and it loads quickly for you to play.  The game types include Hidden Object games, Time Management, Card & Board, Adventure, Match 3, Strategy, Arcade & Action, and Word games.  They are adding new games every week so you can keep coming back for new games.  Plus you are not limited to just playing on your computer.  You can play on your tablet as well as you phone.

We have enjoyed playing the games like Cooking Dash, Diner Dash, Fisher's Family Farm, Jane's Zoo, Mahjong, Pengu Wars, and many more.  I would highly recommend this site for people who love computer games but don't want to mess with the hassle of paying for each game and having to download them all.  It is great for kids as well as adults. Plus it doesn't take up room on your PC, Tablet or Phone.

You will need to make sure you have an updated version of your browser, and that you have a compatible browser.  Now go log on to http://www.bigfishgames.com/unlimited/ and try out some of their wonderfully fun games free for seven days.  Come back and let me know how much you enjoyed it.

Have fun playing...I'm off to go play some more games.

Homemade Electronics Charging Station For Less Than $10.00

I'm sure all of you have seen, or even own, one of these charging stations.

Black Charging Station with Photo Frame and Pencil CupCharging Station
I have been wanting to buy one for quite some time but could not give up the money for one.  They range anywhere from $20 to well over $100.  I decided that I would attempt to make one at home for less.

Here is what you will need if you want to make one of your own.
*A 7 1/2" by 11" Cardboard Photo Storage Box (I got mine at Hobby Lobby...Regular $3.99 I paid  2.39 with 40% discount.  They came in a wide range of colors and 2 sizes.)
*A Craft Knife (or something else to cut holes in the box with.)
*A 10" Surge Protector Strip. (You can find these at Target or Walmart for around $4.  The 10" is just the part you plug the cords into, this does not include the cord.)
*Packing Tape or Other Heavy Tape.

What you need to do.
1. Gather up your Supplies.

2. Trace around the plug of the power strip on the inside of the box, towards the bottom. Cut out the hole and run the cord through. Roll pieces of the heavy duty tape, sticky side out, and place on bottom of power strip to help it stay where you want it.

3. On the inside on the lid, trace around the smallest end of the plug you will be putting through the hole. Then cut out the holes.

4. Pull all of the cords through the lid and plug them into the power strip. Leave a little bit of the cord sticking out of the lid of the box with the end that will be plugged into your electronic device.

As you can see.  The box will hold extra plugs, phone carrying cases, headphones, even a pencil and notebook to take messages on if needed. Plus it will hid all the extra cords attached to your devices.

5. Put the lid back on the box and plug your devices into their cords.  The box serves as a table to hold your electronics also.

Now to tell you how much mine cost. I spent around $2.60 with tax on the box and about $4.00 for the cord.  For a Grand Total of $6.60.  I hope this helped some of you that have had the same problem I have.  Let me know if you make one.  Have a great day.
