Hey everyone! Hope all of you are well. We are all finally on the mend here. Hubby had the flu last week and was off work all week. Thankfully he didn't get too sick. Mr. Boo had the major hacks as well as a sinus infection. Lulu just had a case of the snots and me...well...I didn't have time to get sick with everyone else sick. I was the lucky one and didn't come down with anything!! The kids were out of school until Thursday due to the LOVELY winter weather we have been having. The best part is we are supposed to get more tonight and into tomorrow.
Don't get me wrong, I love snow. It is so beautiful as it is falling...all those huge fluffy flakes. But, I have to say, I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!! Is it just me or has the winter gone on forever. Where is the global warming we are supposed to be having because I'm not seeing it. So for all of you who like me have had enough, here are a few tropical images to help you think of warmer days.
Don't know about you, but this is where I would like to be right now!
After I'm finished in the chair I will move on to this hammock.
Then, I think I might like to just spend the night here in this room.
I hope these images have made your day a little brighter and added a little sunshine to your life.
Hi Mel, I'm so glad that you didn't get sick and I love the photos of the beach! We had snow last night and we are expected more on Wednesday! I'm with you and now I'm sick of snow even though it does look pretty. Thanks for my Makeup Monday feature and I tweeted out about the party and I'll keep doing that for you. Take care and enjoy the day and week.

ReplyDeleteYour pictures are beautiful..like you though, I am definitely ready for warmer weather!
Have a Great week..stay warm <3
Your sunny pictures really cheered me up! I hope everyone is feeling a lot better. Don't forget to look after yourself. I know what it can be like for a mum when everyone else is ill and we are the first to forget about ourselves.
ReplyDeleteYour snow pictures are beautiful. The UK hasn't had any this year - it's just rain!
